The property is ideal for families and groups seeking comfort, leisure and privacy. It offers full baby facilities, private parking and spacious environments. Pool maintenance is included. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Events and parties must be previously authorized.
The house was designed to offer comfort and a complete experience. The spaces are large, well distributed and fully equipped for short or long stays. The outdoor area with pool, soccer field and gourmet space is perfect for leisure, while air-conditioned bedrooms and TV rooms ensure rest and privacy.
Guests will have full and exclusive access to all areas of the property, including the main house, annex, pool, gourmet area, soccer field and parking. No spaces are shared with third parties during the stay.
Interaction with the host is practical and minimal. The check-in is fully online (self check-in), allowing guests to access the apartment independently at the scheduled time. All access instructions are sent in advance. During the stay, guests can contact us via WhatsApp or through the booking platform whenever needed.

The property features a private pool with included maintenance, outdoor garden, small soccer field and a complete gourmet area with gas barbecue, American-style charcoal barbecue, bar with beer fridge, Heineken draft beer system and ice machine — perfect for socializing and relaxing moments.
The main house offers three air-conditioned bedrooms: one suite with a double bed, one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a children’s playroom/bedroom with two single mattresses. On the ground floor, there is also a single bedroom suite with ceiling fan. The house has two TV rooms (one on the ground floor and one upstairs), TVs in the upstairs bedrooms, dining room, guest bathroom and an upper balcony with a hammock.
The independent annex provides additional comfort, featuring a double bedroom with bathroom and a space currently used as a studio, which can be adapted into a single bedroom with bathroom. Both spaces are air-conditioned and include a private balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with two refrigerators, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, air fryer and various utensils. The laundry area includes a washing machine and clothesline. The property also offers baby facilities such as a crib, baby bathtub and feeding chair.
Private parking is available for up to four vehicles.
